A non-refundable & non-transferable deposit is due to reserve an appointment time. The deposit will go towards service total. Payment methods will be listed down below. If you fail to send the deposit your appointment will be not be booked. A 10 minute grace period is given, if you are 10 minutes late an additional fee of $15 will be added to your service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, charged 50% of service and will need to be rescheduled for another time. No exceptions. Any cancellations, rescheduling must be made within 48 hours before appointment, if you fail to do so 50% of service will be due. If you no show, your card on FILE, will be charged 50% of service, there will be NO refunds given no matter the circumstance. Please communicate with me. Please give a valid phone number and email when booking, this must be provided for confirmation email and texts. If your appointment is not confirmed i will cancel the appointment, so please ensure you are booking with the correct phone number. Please make sure you’re arriving with zero makeup on. I want to ensure you will have the best retention and results from the services provided. If you have any crazy amount of fallout you MUST contact me within 48 hours to be compensated, otherwise i have no obligation to fix any minor issues for free or at a discounted rate. Cancellation Policy

48 hours is required in order to cancel, Your card WILL be charged 50% service. You understand that deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable. Therefore if you cancel a new deposit will be required to reserve you’re new appointment. If you NO SHOW you will be charged 100% service on the card info provided.
