Booking & Appointment Policies A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to reserve an appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Accepted payment methods are listed below. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Arrival & Late Policy A 10-minute grace period is kindly provided. If you arrive 10 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, 50% of the service total will be charged, and you will need to reschedule for a later date. No exceptions can be made, as this impacts other scheduled clients. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in a 50% service charge. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file. All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Communication & Contact Information: Please ensure a valid phone number and email address are provided at the time of booking. These are required for confirmation texts and emails. If an appointment is not confirmed due to incorrect contact information, it will be canceled. Kindly double-check your details when booking. Appointment Preparation: Please arrive with no makeup on to ensure the best possible results, longevity, and retention from your service. Lash/Fallout Concerns: If you experience excessive fallout, you must contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. After this time frame, I am not obligated to offer complimentary or discounted adjustments. Refund Policy: All services and products are final sale. Cancellation Policy
48 hours is required in order to cancel, Your card WILL be charged 50% service. You understand that deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable. Therefore if you cancel a new deposit will be required to reserve you’re new appointment. If you NO SHOW you will be charged 100% service on the card info provided. Please be mindful when no showing & canceling last minute.
